Customer service does not excite at this company

Work was done satisfactorily. They had to make two visits to complete the work. The first visit was to determine that the faucet could not be repaired because of age and difficulty in finding parts to repair. We then bought the faucet and they made a second trip to do the installation. Total cost to replace the faucet was $179.00.

Didn't really explain what he was going to do or what he was doing. The actual unclogging went ok. I pay them and they leave. After they leave I discovered that they had broken my water hose mount/holder from off of the side of my house and left my house on the ground. I'm not sure why they broke it (maybe to communicate with each other through the vents, then why not just take the hose off and put it back afterwards?) and why they didn't tell me that they broke it even if it was an accident. Also, why was it not deducted from my bill? They damaged my property, accident or not, it should've been deducted from the bill for me to replace it. Not very professional in my view.
