Overall the inspection went well. This is the third inspection that this company has completed for us and the inspection reports are very detailed with recommendations and the last report included over 20 pictures. Once we had a signed binding contracted, I immediately called Chappie. I informed him of the 7 day due diligence, and he stated that he coould perform the inspection on Thurs or Friday. He actually completed the inspection on Wed. He worked directly with my realtor to get all necessary information that he needed. We were not present during the inspection, but Chappie communicated professionally over the phone. Recommend to anyone in the south GA area that needs a home inspection.
