The technician arrived promptly after I placed the initial call, was professional, and very efficient. On top of that I was only charged the price of a service call. I have dealt with Anthony Pool and Pool Heating and Air, Inc. for many years and have never received anything less than economical, prompt, and professional service.

Their installers did a poor job about running the ducts they had to come back and do it again and they had to send a second group of installers back.

This turned out great. They also installed a heat pump and they needed to install another vent to have it work efficiently. I purchased the unit from them and they gave me choices of the different units they had available. I got other bids, and I was just pleased with the plans and prices of Pool. When Pool arrived, they went straight to work. Once they were done, they did a great job with the cleanup and even hauled away the old unit and trash. They really did a great job. You cannot ask for a better service.

Everything went well. We bought the unit from them. Pool had a few different models to choose from and they went over the differences of each. I believe they have two different brands with a few different models of each. For a cost saving measure, I ended up installing two units, one upstairs and one downstairs, at their recommendation. This has actually saved me some money. They give great recommendations to save you money and the best value out of the service. The installation went well too. The only issue I had was that one of the units had a defect. But I called them and they came out and resolved the issues immediately at no cost. They have a nice friendly service and Anthony is very easy to work with.

The coil leaked after 13 months. He was called 14 or 15 times and refused to come out. I have my mother living with me who's 87 years old. There was a 15 degree difference between the back of the house and the front of the house, and this is only a 2,000 square foot home slab. He finally sent someone out after I called the secretary of state and the licensing board to have his license revoked. I had turned the air conditioning off at the breaker panel, and the kid came in there, who said he was a partner with Pool Heating and Air, and he went around with my mom to each vent when the unit was shut off. He licked his finger and stuck it up in the air, and said that there was no more he could do.

They did great work. They are my go to guys when this type of work is needed. They were very professional and on time. The technician also explained all of the work he was doing. They were very trustworthy people that I felt comfortable with them in my home. I had no issues with scheduling and have used them since. I would highly recommend them. They know the job I needed done and had all the needed tools and materials before the job started.

They are a very good. They are prompt with their service and very accommodating with scheduling. Their technicians have always been helpful and courteous. They presented different models of units and described the differences. The installation went very smooth. They just go great work and we have never had any issues with Pool Heating and Air.

The customer service was good. I would give them an A overall. The price was fair for what I got...not the cheapest but not the most expensive.
