We had a problem with them. Our builder paid them. There are switches that are failing all over the house. We have lights that aren?t wired properly under the cabinets. There are some lights that were improperly wired and so some of them are not working. We have had electrical disruption throughout the house and not the overall house, but various areas of the house. We replaced one smoke detector because we thought it was faulty and we got one straight from the factory. Every once in a while it will beep and it?s not the battery or anything. So, we are sure it?s the wiring. There are things like that and it just continues. It is absolutely horrid. We have built many homes and I have never had worse. The people that came out when we asked about flickering lights and everything had absolutely no idea and had no input whatsoever. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. I would never use their services again.
