MASH ROOFING

After a bad rain storm, I had stains on my ceiling. The owner came out, walked all over my roof, and gave me a thorough estimate to remove the shingles, felt, and possibly damaged decking and to reshingle. He arrived to do the work at the time that he said he would. He and his crew arrived early in the mornings, completed all of the work needed, including some additional, unforeseen work, and gave me a detailed briefing every day on the progress and additional work that they needed to do. They completed the task in a timely manner and cleaned up all of the debris. They knew we had a toddler who liked to play outside, and they were careful to make sure that every staple, every nail, every scrap of shingle or felt was cleaned up and properly removed! Upon completion of the work, the owner reviewed his estimate with me, in comparison with the bill, explaining everything and took the time to answer any questions I had. The bill, including the additional work, was almost exactly what the estimate stated. His workmanship was wonderful and his price was honest. He also provided me with a warranty for the work. I am very pleased with the job that he and his crew did for my home and my family.
