I contacted him by email and he promptly got back to me. He took a look at the place and submitted a bid. The permit process was very complicated because we had a long distance between us and there had been prior problems with this property. He just went out of his way to help in every part of this project. I had a budget and he worked within that. The only complication was that we found asbestos that had to be removed. He did tell me that it was a possibility and it raised the price, but he stayed right within the parameters of the estimate he had told me. He was very professional and communicated well. He sent emails and kept photos of the progress and sent me copies. He sent me the final paperwork. He was a terrific guy to work with.
