Service provider showed up to first appointment with all five of her children. It wasn't very professional.
Jennifer spent more time talking to my daughter than talking to me about what I needed done. There ended up being a larger mess due to the children playing with the toys and tracking dirt around.

The owner wasn't there when we arrived. Her 3 cleaning girls showed up on time . The house wasn't dirty, just needed freshening up. floors, baseboards, bathrooms, kitchen etc needed wiping down from dust. vacumn the carpets, clean out cupboards and drawers. That's about it. The owner showed up 2 hrs later.
For 3 girls they should have been done by then but were about half done. The owner showed up with her two little kids, and proceeded to let them run all over our house. The walls had just been painted so I asked her to please remove her kids from the house. We paid alot of money to have it painted to let them run all over with dirty hands on walls. She got mad that I told her that and left. Her girls took 5 hrs to clean!!!!! I could have done it myself in 2 hrs!!!!! Plus they didn't do much of anything for being there five hours. The floors and counters were sticky with whatever they used to clean with.
I am very unsatisfied with the whole job. And also feel the owner is very unprofessional from start to finish.
Even talking with her initially on the phone was difficult because her kids were screaming in the background the whole time, as well as her talking to them while I'm trying to talk to her.
This was my first time using Angie's list and I don't think I will use it again after this nightmare experience.
Thanks but no thanks. I wish I could have my 275 dollars back, cause I had to go over most of the sticky spots they made with their cleaning solution.
I'm sure this won't be addressed any time soon, I just had to get it off my chest in hopes someone else won't have the same experience.

"I apologize for your bad experience that you had with us. To address the issues listed above; the owner will drop in at her convenience to any job at any time to make sure the job is getting done properly. The house had dust from remodel work and should have took about 3-5 hours depending on the kitchen condition from prior use. Yes the owner did have her kids with her, they were not running around every where and she did not get mad at you for what you said. It did take the cleaners a little time to do the work giving the fact that there was people in the house that they were working around. The problem with the floor could have been one of two things. If the floor was walked on before it dried then it would be sticky to the shoes that walked on it or the solution was mixed to strong. (Which could have been fixed) If there was any problems with the cleaning the owner should have been contacted immediately to fix the issue. She would have fixed all problems. Do to the fact that this job was done in May and is now being addressed causes a problem for fixing any problem. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee limited to 24hrs as stated in the brochure. We would have refunded your money if we could not have got the issue corrected. This is the first time we have ever been called unprofessional in any manner. If the time it take a cleaning crew is to clean is ever too long for anyone I highly recommend that they clean it them selves."

The job was completed in a timely and thorough manner... a truly fantastic performance by "A Transformation Cleaning Services."
This house was in an incredible mess and Jennifer and her crew did an awesome job of cleaning out and hauling away all the nasty trash. This is a job I would not have wanted to do myself. I truly cannot sing their praises high enough. I actually joined Angie's List just so I could post this review because they deserve it. Just so you know, I am not a personal friend or relative of anyone at "A Transformation Cleaning Services" and I would not hesitate to use them again if necessary.

The clean the entire at a very competitive price and are hard workers. It's a lot of work but they are always upbeat and very positive.
