A PRICE IS RIGHT ROOFING INC

I knew our ceiling had the tell-tale evidence of a leak on either side of our chimney. I saw a roofing sign in one of my neighbors yards ( they were getting a new roof) and decided to call. I figured if they did a good job for my neighbor, they would please me as well. I asked this company to come take a look and repair the leak. They came out, gave an estimate, I accepted, and they returned to "fix" the roof. They had about 3 workers show up who sprayed the chimney with a "sealant" and supposedly nailed and sealed the flashing around the leaky spots. It was hard to tell if the work was adequate at the time because we went through a SEVERE drought and had little or no rain for months. When the rains finally came, the ceiling once again began to bubble up the paint. I contacted the company, as I had kept the card with the estimate on the back, and NEVER got a return call. And why should I want them to redo it?? They apparently don't have the skills to handle the unique problem. Home repairs are SOOO costly and we really don't like having to have things done over and over again.
