Ceramic Tile Service
The wooden floor was a problem to remove and instead of taking one day it took 4-5 days to totally clean the slab. I asked Harvey if I needed to pay him more since it was such a problem. He said that he have given me a quote and he would stand by that quote. The pattern was complex with a dark marble border which went down first. When he opened the ivory marble it looked nothing like our samples which he brought to my attention. He worked with me while I contacted the supplier and exchanged the marble tile. The tile had some pieces which would break more easily and he was careful to avoid those tiles. The marble foyer is outstanding and greatly enhances the value of my home. Harvey works hard and does an outstanding job. He is a wonderful person which makes it pleasant to have him in your home. He is also honorable and trustworthy. I highly recommend him.
