Chad was very professional. He actually called us one day early when he had a cancellation and come in over to clean the carpet a day early. He did a wonderful job. He talked with my husband and I about the cleaning process and what type of cleaning products he used because we have two children under 4 and I have asthma. We will recommend Chad to all our friends.

Chad was very punctual and he did a good job with the cleaning. He was very accommodating about looking at the job before he actually did it.
