Project ID #293156615: I had a bad experience with the technician sent out to re-key my car. Tech was unable to get the door lock out. Tech was dispatced out with improper computer to reprogram key to my car. Tech had to come back the next day with the correct computer. Tech was very frustrated with doing the job. He was so frustrated that he accused me of stealing the new remote and key that he was trying to re-program. Tech told me that I took the new remote because I did not want to pay the $350 for the job. Tech later found the key where he had misplaced it. I felt this was totally unprofessional and I do not like being accused of something I did not do.; However, tech did apologize. Tech was unable to get the door lock screw back in the lock so the lock is now loose. I will have to take car to Lexus dealership to get door lock tighten.

This person really didnâ t seem like they were an expert in this field. All I needed was 3 doors to a new house I purchased re-keyed. He came to me with an issue on one of the deadbolts saying that it could not be re-keyed and had to sell me an electronic version of a deadbolt lock. Then, when he tried showing me how to operate this new lock, it was having issues sliding in to the whole create it. He tried blaming the misalignment of the hole on the previous person who owned the home when you can see all the shavings her just carved out of that hole on my floor.
