Jeff Prescott the Sales Manager gave us a prompt quote and also alerted us that a window in that location should now be tempered glass according to GA code. Even with the upgrade to tempered glass, their quote was only $6 higher than Home Depot and they were able to arrange installation for $250 plus materials. The custom-order window and insert arrived within the promised time frame and I was worried about installation, because Window Concepts' main installer had just started a large commercial job that was expected to take him full time for 2-3 months. Jeff came out to view the actual job and then found someone else to install for me within a week. The two-man crew arrived as promised, purchased materials I requested. I wanted exterior trim done with PVC rather than wood. They cleaned their job site VERY well.
