 + -1 moreThe Vacuum Doctor had repaired an old Kirby vacuum for me in the past and did an excellent job. This time, I was pleasantly surprised to find out my vacuum was still under warranty so the repair was covered. Just had to buy a new roller. Cannot recommend this company more highly! The proprietor John is very professional, friendly, and quick to respond. He knows vacuums, for sure!
