Kim is a joy to work with. Not only does my home office look 100% better; she designed systems for how my I work and think--and it all works!

Kim is very professional. She's very aware of privacy issues, and there is a contract that you sign that lays out her responsibility towards protecting your privacy, and your responsibility in paying her at the end of each session, and what can and cannot be expected of her. I also found her very likeable, which was definitely a positive. Her approach is to show you the ''tools'' you need to continue on your own after she's gone. She never directly told me to get rid of anything, although she did make a few suggestions, and pointed out to me some areas I didn't realize were problems.
