Contacted Superior Stucco for estimate on repairing EIFS synthetic stucco and received prompt response for on-site inspection.
Discussed repair needs with contractor and received prompt email proposal describing cost and scope of work to be done.
Received prompt email answers regarding several follow-up questions I had about the proposal including liability insurance coverage.
Agreed to go with Superior Stucco. Scheduled appointment for work to be done. Lead time approximately two weeks.
On appointed day, contractor and crew showed up on time (actually a few minutes early).
Work crew members went right to work, knew what they were doing. Obviously, had worked together for awhile as a team. Had a good working relationship with each other. Professional appearance.
Work required two days. Work was completed on time, as promised. Work area was protected, cleaned up afterwards.
While on job, contractor found another area that needed minor repair. Repair was made without additional cost.
Finished results were very satisfactory.

Contractor didn't require downpayment to begin work. Preferred payment by check rather than credit card.
Work cost estimate wasn't the lowest, but still reasonable. Especially in view of fact that company was easy to work with, provided great service from start to finish, completed job on time with very nice results. Contractor also was conscientious, very professional.

Nothing stood out the most to me. The price was a little high. I would consider them for quotes.

Simply stated, Superior Stucco is the finest service company we have ever worked with and we have worked with many. The owners, Daniel and Alin, are totally professional, as are their staff. After receiving a thorough firm price quote we were stunned to learn that they would not require any draws or progress payments, and the total bid would only be due when the project was finished and, ...when we were satisfied with all of their work! Their pricing was extremely competitive and we could not be happier. During the project they found additional needed repairs and completed them with no additional charge! They are incredibly responsive and after they were paid, have come back several times to make additional repairs and/or touch up. Again, they did not charge for the additional repairs! They have been an absolute pleasure to work with and we would rate them an absolute 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.

We had an excellent experience with Superior Stucco. Our initial call was promptly returned. A full, written estimate was provided within 1 day. The price was competitive (we had 2 other bids). They separated themselves from the other bidders due to the thoroughness of their inspection which led to a more complete final job. They showed up on time and stayed with the job until completion (3 days,including painting of the entire home and sealing all stucco points of contact). They have true craftsmen - I would call them artisans. Dan checked on the progress throughout. When I called a week or so after completion to have someone help me with windows that were stuck, they came out immediately and cheerfully got them unstuck. Our neighbors even commented (unsolicited) that they were impressed with how quiet and efficient the workers were. We couldn't be any more pleased, and our home has never looked better. We will recommend Superior Stucco with confidence and use them again without hesitation.
