She was fabulous. She is very patient. I came from California; so from the price range perspective I was all over the board. I had $500000 differences in the prices, and that's the hard price point to work with. She was wonderful at picking properties, when I told her things. I was able to narrow down. She really got to know what I would want, and how to help me narrow down. By looking at these things, she could pre-do it. She could send me stuff. I was very specific with her, while dealing with her for a couple of days. If I didn't have a lot, I didn't even have to look at it. I wanted a lawn, and I knew the size I wanted. She was good at narrowing me down with patience. I would spend at least 20 days looking at property full day. She never got upset. I finally found the house that I wanted, of course it came down to a negotiation. I really enjoyed working with her. I had an amazing experience. I have moved 5 times in last 6-8 years. I knew what I wanted, and I knew what realtor I wanted to work with. I have fired realtors in the past. She is very good. I have recommended her.
