We used Progreen outdoor solution for our backyard project. Todd Jennings has completely reimagined and transformed our backyard. Our backyard was on a very steep slope as such there was limited usable and safe space for our 2 ½ year old daughter to play without worrying about accidental falling and injury. Todd was referred to us by our two friends for whom he previously completed projects. Todd provided detail and thoughtful design to us. From the moment we look at his drawing, we immediately realize the tremendous property value and safety improvement our backyard will receive. Todd has been diligent throughout the project from applying for a permit, to addressing all questions and comments from the city building department, to making modifications to the plan and scope of the project. He was very generous with his time and patient with us in walking us through every step of the project. He would stop by our backyard to supervise and check on the progress almost on a daily basis to make sure the construction is on track and according to his plan. The team who constructed the retaining walls, installed the pavers for the walkway and steps, and rerouted the irritation system did an excellent job. They kept the noise and dust to the minimal which was appreciated as I worked from home during the whole time. I am very happy with the end results. Todd’s design allows us to change the grading so we ca have a flat grassy surface as a playground for our daughter. He added more usable space under the deck with pavers which is beautiful. We can now enjoy a picnic in the summer and a firepit in the winter in our backyard. He added retaining walls to prevent erosion which was a problem before. He completely transformed our backyard with the landscape, hardscape and retaining walls installation. Above all, I can tell Todd and his crew really care about making sure me and my wife are satisfied. We feel they are paying the kind of the attention to detail as if this was their own backyard. What a dramatic improvement they made in our backyard. I am also switching the regular mowing and maintenance to Progreen. I highly recommend Todd and his company.

Back area inspected/dug for any remaining builder dump materials. Fill dirt added and graded to regain proper slope. 80 juniper installed and pine straw. Access to rear of lot difficult due to neighbors lot line. The work performed was very professional and timely. Would recommend Pro Green to anyone.

Great exactly as we wanted

Jonathan and Jorge arrived on time, and performed excellent service. They were courteous, diligent, and accomplished a lot of work in the allocated time. They were attentive to details, cared about our concerns, and thorough in their work. The appearance of our yard improved a great deal with their efforts, and we would definitely hire them again for additional work in the near future. We are very pleased with the result and appreciative of Jonathan and Jorge's work.

Overall, very satisfied with timely, professional work. The only concern was one of the workers got in a hurry and destroyed some of my plants that we did not want touched.

They came out and worked for two hours to get the yard cleaned. They were on time, very thorough in clean up, and were very polite. They asked what I wanted to have done and when they were done they made sure I was satisfied. I would absolutely call them again.

They did an excellent job. It was amazing to see how much work they accomplished in a very short time period. When they were through everything was cleaned up and hauled away (this was extremely important to me) I would definitely hire them again.

The guys were fine. The deal stated for 4 hours of work. It did not say that it meant 2 hours of two people working - so I think that was a bit misleading. 4 hours of continuous work would have helped a lot more.

I was unable to see the job being completed because they 'finished' before I got back home. The reason, 3 people came so instead of 4 hours total, the time is shortened accordingly. The reason a 'B', they were unable to complete leaf blowing in backyard which I explained was the most important/highest priority, so time management issue?? Also no follow-up on quote for additional work I wanted to have done.

Todd did an amazing job estimating the work and making us feel comfortable of being able to do it right. Progreen’s second best move (Todd being the first), was having a man name Anthony work with us. He did an amazing job explaining the process and answering every question we had. Because of the wonderful work they were doing, I had them to add on to the project and found myself extremely happy with the results. Before the project, we couldn’t enjoy the backyard and had a difficult time cutting the grass given the massive erosion that took place prior to the retaining wall. Now it’s very beautiful and everyone is enjoying it.

I feel he did not listen to what we wanted, which was a basic landscape design. What we got was a plan costing over $20,000. Not exactly what we had in mind

We went to Angie List earlier in the year and found ProGreen Landscape offering to do a complete landscape design at a reasonable price. They had great references and looked like a company with the skills we needed. After purchasing the design we were contacted by Todd Jennings, the company owner with over 30 years experience in landscape design and implementation. Todd came to our home and in a few days we had a complete landscape design for our property. The plan was very detailed and exactly what we needed to get started. Todd returned several times over the next few weeks and modified the design to meet our exact needs. He listened to our requests and concerns to get the plan ready for implementation. We recognized his company was the perfect match to do our project and hired them. They came on the scheduled date and worked every day excluding rain to complete the project in a timely manner. Daniel was the Project Manager and he was on site every day with at least four workers. They are a very busy company and were doing multiple projects but it was very clear that ours was a top priority and wanted to make sure to meet our needs. The work they did included removal of existing plant material, redefining bed lines, new plantings, grading, installation of a 100 Ft stacked boulder wall with steps leading to a paved stone patio with a fire pit, expanded irrigation, resoding one area, and overseeing our back yard. ProGreen is a great company with the skills and experience to meet even our demanding needs. I highly recommend them for design and implementation and will continue to use them as we do additional phases to beautify our property.
