Pedro did an excellent job and I won't hesitate to use him again.

For my bathroom project, I started with a tile contractor, who introduced me to Pedro (the two of them work together frequently).  Pedro gave me an initial price based on what he saw in the bathrooms.  Once the demolition was done, we discovered extensive wood rot due to a toilet that had probably leaked for many years.  Pedro removed the rotten wood and replaced it with new wood.  Then, once the existing tiles were removed, we discovered that one of the walls was very uneven.  Pedro installed and finished drywall to make the wall smooth and flat.  Once the drywall was all finished, Pedro painted the walls.  I have now started on renovation of my second bathroom, and Pedro just did a smaller floor repair in that one.  The $1275 total price includes $375 for the first floor repair, $600 for the drywall and painting, and $300 for the second floor repair.

Pedro did excellent work on every single one of these jobs.  All of them were messy, but he was extremely careful to contain the mess and avoid tracking any dirt or debris into the rest of the house.  His drywall and painting work was beautiful.
