Paradise Ponds and Waterfalls LLC

Had I written this about a year ago, I would have given a more positive review.  We initially contacted Paradise Ponds about 2 years ago because of a problem with our pump.  Jess came out and replaced the pump and explained everything to us.  The second time we needed assistance, it took a little while to get in contact with him, but he finally called and came out.  Because he needed a specific part (a hose), he said it would take a little time but he would keep us updated.  We didn't hear from him, but kept calling and leaving messages.  He finally contacted us when he received the part and came out and fixed it.  Since it was a one man operation, we were lenient about the lack of communication.  The third time we called, our pond was leaking and he gave us instructions over the phone about how to troubleshoot to find out the problem.  When we could discover the reason for the leak ourselves, he came out to take a look and found nothing.  He did not charge for that visit.  
In April 2012, we had another problem with the pump and called, but did not hear back.  We called a number of times, even expressing extreme concern over the welfare of the fish, but have never heard from them.  We finally contacted a store we purchased supplies from and got a referral.... and this was about two weeks after our initial call.

I contacted Jeff late 2011 to get an estimate for the above work. He provided estimate, but recommended he return early spring to do the work. (the pond was so dirty, and it would need another cleaning again in early summer if he did the work in late 2011).
Jeff returned in March, and over the course of 2 weeks, he completed the work. (Note: I told Jeff that it would be hard for both of us to schedule 3-4 consecutive days to complete all the work, so we arranged for Jeff to come as our schedules permitted.)

I am very happy with Jeff and Paradise Pond. I would absolutely use him again, and recommend him to anyone needing a new pond, a pond cleaning, a pond design update, or any pond related parts and services.

Note: I met in 2010 when my pond filter died. I looked up vendors for pond pumps, called Jeff late in the afternoon on a Friday, and he delivered me the new pump within hours.
