McNutt Service Group - Suwanee

They are great and respond to any problems quickly, but I usually have to call them to schedule appts.

-After installed, it did not work right and they came back to adjust a couple times.  In the end, they told my mother that the original guy (from their company) was wrong to choose a heat pump.  The original guy argued and he got it to work better.  He was an honest guy --previous owner who got cancer and sold the business to the current owners (then and now).  It was really a disorganized mess.  In less than two years, the motor went.  We called them for service and they said that they no longer provide service in Peachtree City and we should call someone else who services that brand of heater.  My husband called their service and emailed the company --and they never responded.  They would not return my mother's calls.  My mother just went to another company who said that McNutt should have covered the new motor under the warranty and their labor ---but since he didn't install it, she had to cover the labor ($550).   ---We will be filing complaints with Consumer Affairs and taking McNutt to small claims court.    AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!    We are
very regretful (and embarrassed) that we chose this company to handle my mother's hvac system.  Unfortunately, they also installed a system in our house around the same time --- recommended a heat pump and talked about all we would save in energy bills.  Our bills have significantly increased but thankfully the system still works since we also won't have anyone to service our system.
I would strongly encourage everyone to stay away from this company!!!!!

I called McNutt Service Group to have my air conditioner serviced.  They set up an appointment for Monday 7/2/2012, between 10am and noon.  The technicians did not show up for the apppointment.  I called and was told by the secretary that they would be here "later in the afternoon". I waited all day and no one EVER showed up.  They also did not bother to call and explain why or to reschedule the appointment.Needless to say we called another company!
