Mattresses
Started off friendly but then the sales associated found out that I was only looking for a mattress protector and lost interest in helping me. There was no other customers in the store and the two employees were listening to music on their computers. I felt that I was unwanted in the store as their acted as if it was an inconvenience to check me out and the time of sales.

Mattresses
We shopped Mattress Firm because they have both the Tempurpedic mattress and traditional mattresses in addition to the sleep number we were looking for. We also got a motorized bed accessory to elevate the top or bottom of the bed and vibrate as well. The installers delivered the bed set and made sure it was working.
