house cleaning
+ -1 moreThe house didn't really smell fresh when I came home at all. I mean overall they did an OK job on cleaning my house, but I felt like I was more of a burden on them. I did call in with a complaint and I felt that they really lacked customer service skills then, too. They just sort of brushed me off and said, well it won't happen again.
Description of Work: They came bi-weekly to clean our entire two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms townhouse. They were supposed to fold the laundry, dust mop the floors and vacuum.
