LINK YOUR HOUSE INC

This project involved two houses on the property. The main house and the barn. I wanted to have the barn wired for TV, Internet, and sound. The process would involve connecting the Barn to the Main house. They started off by connecting a dead cable line to the Barn and when I said something was wrong they blamed Comcast for the issue when in fact it all occurred because of the faulty line install they would not take responsibility for. They also ran a line across the front of a closet door so we couldn't open it without disconnecting the barn. There is still an issue that has nothing to do with Comcast and that is the Main house is constantly getting kicked off the internet and we are always having to reboot the entire system. I once again contacted Comcast and they checked out the entire system and nothing is wrong on their end. The only thing they can say that the problem could be is wiring that was installed by someone else, so it must be wiring Link Your House installed that is kicking everything off. I have spent 10,000.00 so far and it's still not right. I am very displeased with the sound system too. They never came to me and spoke about what I was looking for in a sound system. I was always assured that the Sonos speakers would be perfect but they aren't. I have 6 speakers on the main level in a 49' X 15' room and there is no cohesion. They run independently from one another so the sound is never a full consistent sound. They put speakers outside without talking to me about placement. I have to stand directly in front of them to hear anything unless I crank it to ear bleed. Do I need something to make the sound richer, do I need something else to make it sound like a real sound system. Very disappointed and you would think for the money I wouldn't have gotten attitude and such a lack of concern for a customer. I'm not spending anymore money with these guys so I will have to go somewhere else. Hire them if you like, but be sure you have all your bases covered.
