Did a through job

Charlie and his crew arrived promptly at the time he mentioned over the phone. He and his crew are quiet team but went to work immediately. After about 45 minutes Charlie came down from the attic and described what he thought was the problem. He provided me with a ballpark quote for parts and labor. He needed to drive back to an HVAC parts distributer for a gas valve and circuit board. He and crew left for an hour and half and arrived back with the new parts. An hour later, my heating was back to working. I am typically skeptical of small business owners on providing quotes but Charlie came across as a competent technician with years of experience. I did not feel I was overcharged or misled. I will do business with Charlie and his crew again. My advice is be understanding of him and his crew's language barrier. Carefully explain details of your project experience and expected outcomes. Charlie will see to it that you are satisfied with his crew's work. Thanks Charlie!

Got to us right away. This was an urgent request

Its 90+ degrees in GA and my AC unit goes caput. I reach out to Le's. Charlie calls me back in less than 2 minutes. A hour later at 7pm his crew is at my house. He requested I watch as he tests the unit. He showed me the problem, quoted me the options to repair or replace. He drew up the service agreement and a day later I had my new unit. The crew was very respectful, hard working, and went the extra mile to make sure my floors were covered and everything was cleaned up. Nobody looks forward to replacing an HVAC unit but Charlie and Crew made it a very pleasant experience. I will definitely call them again any time I have a problem with my HVAC.

Charlie (Le) and his team were great. After submitting a request through Angie's List he contacted me within mins and arrived 1st thing in the morning. My system was over 20 years old a and had to be replaced. Le explained the issue, process, pricing and timeline for the project to me and my wife. Shortly after agreeing his team had our new system installed and now our house is sooooo cold :) . Thanks so much Le's heating. I will defintely refer friends and family

Mr. Le did a fantastic job. He responded to my query quickly and attentively, fixed our A/C unit most efficiently, and charged me a fair price. I’m happy with the service he and his team provided.

Very unprofessional, original appointment time was set for 10 AM. He arrived at around 4:15 PM without any notice prior. With this being an emergency I had to simply wait until he arrived. He then looked at my fridge for a total of five minutes and said that I needed to take all groceries out and let it defrost due to their being an ice blockage. I I asked him was he sure since he did not take out even one tool to at least inspect the fridge and simply checked the air temperature of what the fridge was blowing out. Fast forward a week later, and my fridge only cools down to 50 degrees., barely chilling the food at best. Now I am out $70 for the five minutes he came and did zero work, but more importantly, I am out two weeks of time and the possibility of having to purchase an entirely new refrigerator because he simply did not want to do his job when he arrived, would not recommend!

Didn't know much about Mr. Le, but he was the first contractor to call me and set up an appointment. Was concerned about writing him a check out in full before the work was done, but he showed up exactly when he said he would, spent time showing me the work after it was complete and they did an excellent job

Mr. Le and his crew showed up on time, with everything they needed, went right to work and did an excellent job. I would recommend he and his company to anyone.

We were in desperate need of a quick response, which turned out to be a full replacement of our air conditioning unit. Mr. Le and his team not only gave us great pricing, but worked diligently to complete the installation faster than expected. We were truly grateful and appreciative of the team's response and expertise.

I think the unit they put in my house needs to be replaced free.

I called Charlie out of hope and desperation. It was a week before my home inspection for the sell of my home. The unit was past its prime when and wasnâ t blowing cold air . Charlie replaced the outside unit with a used unit and did some work on the inside unit. I gave it about two weeks before I left this review. Charlie great job. You saved me thousands of dollars. You and your team installed this unit in hours. I passed my inspection and I thank you. One thing to point out. Charlie kept saying I am going to help you sell this house. I wish good luck on you and your son finding a place that is big enough for you. That meant a lot. Best customer service and professionalism Iâ ve experienced. The Best!!!!!

Mr. Le was exceptionally good in responding to my call and came within 30min of calling him and installed a brand new heat pump / air conditioner the very next day. The pricing was reasonable and his work was immaculate. He is a very thorough professional and very nice to work with. He is very detail oriented and expects everybody to adhere to his standards and doesn't cut comers. His people were very good and cleaned up my whole work place and left with no trace of any dirt. Highly recommend them.
