Owner, David Thompson, was punctual in showing up to give me the estimate, but he never returned my email or phone call afterwards. I felt like at our initial meeting that his knowledge and expertise was limited. Some of his suggestions would not have fixed our drainage problems. His suggestions were band aids instead of permanent solutions. He also suggested using wood railroad beams to build a retainer wall for a 3 foot height concrete subfloor under a flagstone patio. This would not have been a long lasting option nor a very stable one. He also was not knowledgeable about the type of grass we wanted to install and suggested it could be installed dormant in the Spring. This was totally incorrect for the type of Zoysia grass we wanted. He also brought two other contractors with him because we had indicated some other work we wanted done. If we were to use him and the other contractors, he wanted a management fee. We do not recommend him. There are much better options out there.

This was a terrible experience. This guy works on money he gets up front which says how poorly he runs his business. He didn't bring plants as promised and some of those he did were diseased and would not replace despite contract. He is not licensed in GA as stated on his website. He would not refund money due me when asked. Stay away from this company.
