We had hail damage so we had the company re-do the roofing. For one day and a half. It was two guys. They were very work handy. They were very positive. They were fast. They were good workers. They work late. They worked until 9 o'clock at night. They were excellent. I hope I don't have to use them again, because it was a roof. I don't want to do another roof. But we would use them again if I had to.

There were some things that they did not do. They didn't put a drip edge on. The vent they put in caused a problem with my roof. It is starting to get some condensation build up and I have been having problems. It took them 3-4 days to complete the work. The workers were fine.

It was fine. They didn't do any work. They told me what the problem was, and I was expecting them to fix the shingles and put them back on. The guy just came out and examined it. I mean just to go on the roof, and all the details. He just examined it. I was expecting him to do some work. So, I don't know. Just because I got somebody else to get it done. He told me he couldn't get it done.

It went very well. Bates' team was prompt, installed the new roofing within 3.5 hours, and the payment process was smooth. I would have them perform jobs in the future.

Bate Hobbs came out to house and was on time, repaired the shingle and very professional. Nice experience.

Very honest and fair. Told me that my roof was still in great condition. Even solved some other problems that we thought was a leaky roof! Turned out it was gutter damage.

It went great! Bate Hobbs came out and did a thorough assessment of my roof. He nailed down any nails that were sticking up, caulked areas where it was needed, and told me that I had 5-10 years left before I would need to replace the roof (10 if I replace my attic fans which are not working). He said that the damaged shingles were along the edge and not over any wood and would not cause leaks so it was a cosmetic issue only. At the end of the appointment, I asked how much I owed him and he thought I had already paid for a $79 roof inspection deal through Angie's List. I told him that I did find them through Angie's list but was unaware of that deal and had not purchased it. He told me not to worry about paying him anything but just pass their name along to any friends. It was really great to find an honest roofer. I would highly recommend them if you need an honest opinion about your roofing needs.

Couldn't be happier.  The roof looks great.  Mike and his team were very professional.  They arrived at the scheduled day / time, did a beautiful job installing the new roof, and were very thorough with clean up.  Mike Kaiser was an excellent advocate for us with our insurance company - he was crucial in documenting the damage present on our roof and communicating with our insurance company.  Once coverage was granted, Mike kept in touch with our insurance company and did not require final payment until he knew we had received the insurance check.  He made the process as stress free as possible and was hands-on for the entire process.  Very professional, highly recommend him and his Kaiser Siding and Roofing Company.

Everything went well. Steve was a pleasure to work with and I appreciated that he didn't immediately try to upsell me with a full roof replacement over some bogus hail damage as another roofer had done. I thought the minimum charge of $225 was a little high, but it was less than half of the minimum charge of one of their competitors, Housworth Roofing and Construction, which had a minimum charge of $550.

I chose Kaiser Roofing because of their high ratings on Angie's List and my contact with Brian, the sales consultant. The company did what he promised: replaced the roof, upgraded to 30-year shingles and moisture-resistant barrier, added ridge vents and drip eaves, and did it all in one day. They negotiated a supplemental payment with my insurance company, and I didn't have to lift a finger. And my roof looks great! Amazing work, give them a call.

Their price for the roof was definitely competitive to the other quotes I had received. I chose them for the work as I felt comfortable with, the salesman, Mike Kaiser. Kaiser is a very good company. The quality of the work was excellent. I had some issues with squirrels in my attic which I had explained to Kaiser. He had installed drip edges when putting on the new roof and I have not had a problem with squirrels ever since. They cleaned up very well after the job was complete. They had nothing to do with the design of this roof as it was designed by the builder. The builder had designed the roof which had some water flow issues. This year, we had a lot of rain and this was the first time that I noticed a leak. Because of the design, there should have been one small part that should have been installed. When I talked with Mark Kaiser, he came out and took a look at it. He sent out his gutter crew and they came up with a solution. They installed that other small piece of gutter without any troubles. I appreciated their knowledge with problem solving.

The service was great and professional. In all, I am very satished with their service.

The flashing had come loose and so he fixed it and put some roofing sealant on it. He did not charge us anything to do this. We have been very happy with our new roof. I saw a previous review about the mess left in the yard and that was not our experience. It was done June 2009. This year they did do my sister-in-law's house based on my recommendation. They could not have been happier. They worked very well with the insurance agent to discuss the hail damage. All work was done well and they cleaned up the debris.

Their work is excellent. They have done a number of homes in our neighborhood. They are very efficient and the price was reasonable. It was done on schedule and they were timely. They cleaned up very well after themselves.

Work was performed quickly. They left nails and debris in the front and back yard. In less than two years the new roof was leaking. The Kaiser warranty was only for a year. I contacted another roofing company to locate and repair the leaks. The other company stated the workmanship was shoddy since there was not enough overlap of shingles and nails were visible (all nails should be covered by overlapping shingles). Terrible job on Kaiser's part.

It went very smoothly. The sales rep was very professional and courteous. The fellow who installed the new gutters was very careful and cleaned everything up when he was finished. I didn't pay until the job was done. I love the new gutters and the guards to keep out the leaves.
