Small Appliance Repair
Very Dissatisfied with your attitude and your troubleshooting performance. During the time that you spent troubleshooting the washer. You failed to want to listen to what I had to say. I politely suggested that you check all of the washer settings. Your reply was that if there was a knock sound in one setting you would hear the sound in all settings. But you didn't have the time or patients to want to take extra time to check all settings. You also move the dryer and knocked the rubber feet off plus the dryer vent flex hose came off and you failed to want to take ownership to fix the dryer. Your rated performance is an (F)
