Wonderful. Lisa was easy to work with. She was very patient and knowledgable. It only took a couple weeks to get my order. Delivery was not expensive and delivered exactly when I was ready for it. Since I was considering an MTI tub, I even got to go over to the MTI manufacturing facility nearby to make a decision as to which one I wanted.
