We had a pipe burst in our already finished basement causing extensive flooding. We needed new flooring, cabinets, counters in addition to a lot of drywall / ceiling repair and painting. A neighbor referred us to Coastal Floors so we went there to look at flooring. We found a beautiful vinyl plank (WATERPROOF) floor that we loved. We had no idea that they also had cabinets, carpeting, countertops etc. So to simplify everything, we also ordered carpeting for one room in the basement and the stairs, cabinets for the bar area and countertops. They coordinated everything and all of the installers were very professional. Daphne oversaw everything and came out to the house several times during each step. She was like having my own personal decorator / contractor! It was a pleasure working with the owner, Paul, as well as Megan, Janice and Daphne!

Every crew that came out from flooring, painting, trim work, to carpeting was honest, reliable and did a great job. I have had my hardwoods redone in the past, so I knew that this would be a stressful endeavor to take on, even if it was just the basement. Paul and Megan knew that it stressed me out and assured me to relax and they would take care of everything. They did…and my basement is beautiful.
