We first came to Claudia in late 2015 after several years of renting, knowing fairly little about the house-buying process. We had some idea of what we wanted, but needed a lot of help narrowing things down and with the actual process of purchasing the home. Claudia was an invaluable resource through the whole process during the early months of 2016. She made herself available by email and phone whenever we needed her, and was very accommodating with our occasionally tricky schedule when it was time to go and look at homes. She knows the area very well, and has detailed knowledge about many of the local neighborhoods and their advantages and disadvantages. She was able to answer almost any question we asked, and provided us with all of the knowledge we needed to make the right choices. Her professionalism and is above reproach. When the time came to purchase the home we had chosen, she was a great advocate for us, working through several issues with the seller and their agent efficiently and professionally. She made sure we got the best deal possible, and helped us out every step of the way as we dealt with the paperwork. She also made recommendations for a loan agent and other services, which all worked out very well. Though there are a lot of realtors in this area to pick from, we know we made the right choice with Claudia.

Claudia provided both buyer agent and selling agent services in the sale and purchase of property.
Claudia was very responsive and helpful and worked through several issues in the sale of our previous property. Those issues were both with the buyer as well as challenges we, as the sellers, had.
On the sale of our property, Claudia followed up after every showing and provided us with the feedback from the potential buyers. The coverage Claudia provided in on-line real estate sites was very thorough. We felt that any potential buyer would find our property online. We felt Claudia did a very good job in the photograhy taken of our property, showing the details a buyer would want to see.
We would definitely recommend Claudia to anyone buying or selling their home and looking for a Professional Realtor.

She wanted us to agree to work with her for 6 months. That is too long to commit to someone if they are a bad realtor which you would not really know until you are working with them.

"These were first time home buyers, and I met with them to explain my realtor services and the home buying process. My company uses the standard GA Association of Realtors contract, and they wanted to modify several areas of the preprinted contract to suit their interest, and basically work for them without a commitment. They wanted to modify the contract terms to allow them to enter into contracts to purchase some homes without my representation. I told them that we could modify the length of time on the contract, and that I would work with them a few times without requiring them to sign a contract, to see if we would be a good fit for each other. However, I explained that I would not be willing to work with them for an extended period without an exclusive contract. While my services are free for the buyers, the realtor bears the cost for fuel, mileage, vehicle wear & tear, time spent researching homes, making appointments, and showing homes, and only gets paid a commission at closing. In other words… “I can’t go steady with someone who is playing the field.” There has to be mutual respect when working together and a sense of fairness; I offered to compromise on the contract length of time, but cannot compromise on being a sometime agent for them. I think the problem is more that I would not accept their terms and work with them. My only contact with them was the initial interview, and I never showed them any homes or performed any other work for them, so I'm not sure what I am being judged on. We left the interview process on a very positive note, and I gave them a copy of the contract for their review before signing it, but they sent back a revised contract that I could not accept."

We were relocating from Michigan to Georgia. Trying to find a house long distance is not easy. We worked for a couple of months with another realtor we were not happy with, he just wanted to sell us a home and make his commission. I signed up for Angie's List and found Claudia. She really cares that you get a home that you will be happy with. We would call her with just a few days notice that we we going to be in town to look at houses. She was always very accommodating to our last minute schedule. When we looked at properties she would educate us on possible problems, things we didn't even notice. As the months went buy we were beginning to think of settling for less than we were looking for. She encouraged us that we could do better than what we had seen. She was right we finally found a home that works for our family and couldn't be happier. Claudia is a gem. I will actually really miss seeing her. You will not be sorry hiring her, you will have a great experience!
