BH has been terrible from the very beginning.  Unfortunately we signed a two year contract with them so still have a few months to go.  Once this contract is up we will never use them again.  The accounting for our rental has been screwed up since day one.  It takes them forever to get the rent money in your account.  It's all electronic transfer so it should be a very quick process.  Not recommended.

Judy was fantastic to work with. As a first-time buyer with a modest budget, I appreciate that Judy respected this and didn't show me homes above what I could afford. I feel like she really took the time to listen to the features I wanted in a home and that she had my best interests at heart.
