Sergio was very professional, thorough, and easy to work with . He was able to clean my carpets and furniture the day after I called and he did a very good job. We didn't even discuss doing the runners by the front door and garage door but he went ahead and cleaned those as well with no extra charge. It was a little thing but very much appreciated. I would definitely use him again.

Back a few weeks back I reached out to the team at BB's Carpet Cleaning to have my carpet cleaned. The team at BB's did a great job at a competitive price and I will continue to use him in the future.

They always do a great job. They are quick and always on time. They are always reliable. They come whenever I call them. Last time water leaker out of the furnace and there was water in the basement. I wanted them to take the water off the basement. These guys are great. They are reliable and they have fair price.

Getting my first set of furniture was a big deal and I wanted the carpet to be clean before it all arrived. The problem was that the delivery was less than 4 days away. I called BB's Carpet Cleaners (around 6:30PM) and spoke to Alejandra (a lovely woman) who said that the they could be there the next morning by 8AM, ready to clean. I mentioned the special on the web site and she said it was good to go. When Sergio came to the house the next morning, I couldn't have been more relieved. He was extremely friendly, explaining exactly what was to be done honestly and straight to the point. He stood behind the price mentioned on the web site, no hidden fees. He prides himself on being true to his word and it is amazingly refreshing. Within a couple of hours, Sergio was done with the carpets, showing me everything he'd done. I couldn't help, but be astounded at the thoroughness of his work. I would recommend his work to anyone wanting a great clean for a great price and I'll definitely use them again!
