We were very impressed with the service provided from start to finish. We consulted a couple of contractors and Rick quickly stood out. He offered advice and ideas from the first meeting, was very prompt in responding to questions, and submitted a proposal within a few days.Atlanta Basement was not the low bidder but we were so impressed with Rick's professionalism and helpful advice we went with him anyway. No regrets whatsoever!
Key advantages in using Atlanta Basement: 1) Rick has his own crew vs relying on subs. 2) He does not over-book himself, which allows the team to focus on your project, 3) He is very hands-on and provided good supervision, 4) He is excellent in the communications area, 5) His bid included quality materials and there was absolutely no "nickle and diming"- all of the add-ons were either clearly laid out in the contract or things we asked for, and 6) He walked us through every step of the process with regard to decisions and was willing to make suggestions (which we gratefully accepted!)
We were very pleased with the end results and have already started plans for the next project Rick and his company will help us with. Without question, this company is the best home improvement contractor we have ever worked with.

Everything turned out fantastic with this company. The crew was very friendly and professional. After they were finished they cleaned up after themselves. They were very easy to work with as well. I can't say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend this company. They were very organized and efficient in there work. After he was finished with the work he brought in a cleaning crew to clean the windows, vacuum, and stuff like that.
