James was very forthcoming Honest and shows a lot of attention to details . Pricing was within our budget and very competitive. I would Hire him again. He will be servicing my pond as well it is part of the warranty.

We discussed placement, look and water volume movement and I left the design and completion in James' capable hands.
He and his worker showed up when they said they would and completed a beautiful waterfall that does all he promised. He completed it in the time he had promised and everything looks and performs as promised.

James Hartmann was professional and responsive from the time I called on him for an estimate to clean and repair three water features in my backyard. I called a number of people who never even bothered to return my call. The fact that James returned the call, and actually showed up to do the estimate placed him way ahead in the game.
