Chally arrived on time as promised and performed the water heater replacement as needed.  There were a few custom issues that needed to be performed and Chally handled it all thoroughly - and at a very fair price!  Chally is knowledgeable, personable, honest and a licensed Master Plumber.  What more could you ask for?  He is in my directory now as my go to plumber.  I would recommend Chally to all I know.

Fast and efficient.  We called Chally out for another problem, our hot water heater!  August 17, 2012.  Our home warranty went out of business the week that our hot water heater blew.  He came out and for a fair price, ($901.00) replaced out heater, hauled off the old one and we are all set.
