Aaron Services: Plumbing, Heating, Cooling

The folks at Aaron services have been wonderful to deal with! The admin folks you talk to when you call are helpful and kind. The communication about arrival to your home includes a photo and the name of who is supposed to show up. I find that reassuring. Kevin and Steve have both come out to help us with plumbing issues at our house and were kind, incredibly helpful, and were sweet and patient with our pets. Both Steve (helping solve multiple issues) and Kevin (helping troubleshoot a problem) not only solved our problems, but explained more to me to help us be more informed homeowners. It shouldn’t be exceptional, but I do want to also include a shout out that both of these men treated me with respect, explained things in a helpful way without talking down to me, and were mindful of me feeling safe in my home. Again, while that shouldn’t be surprising, it has not always been my experience as a woman interacting with repairmen. Aaron Services is the first call for us now!

Fantastic service start to finish. Our yard was flooding and we called in a panic and they were able to send someone out immediately. The repair was quick, the price was very reasonable and Steve was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. I definitely recommend this company! Very satisfied!

Brandon was fantastic! He was honest and quick to repair it with an explanation that made sense. Malcom was also great getting me on the schedule quickly and even reworking schedules. Saved as contacts for sure!

Overall I was satisfied, but it could've been done cheaper with some pre-planning on my part. However, when you have an in-home emergency, planning ahead doesn't usually work. I would've preferred to have been offered some options for better sizing of the tank or chang-over to electric from gas with a qualified electrician already partnered with the plumbing company. Since this wasn't the case, and timing was bad, I had to continue to use gas for heating water.
