Everything went very smoothly. Howard was very careful to put down blankets in areas like at the top of the stairs where they had to set the treadmill down so that it would not scratch or damage the hardwood floors. The hardest part of the job was moving the heavy equipment, but it was also nice to have the assembly done quickly by professionals. They got the total job done in about 1 hour.

I called no less than 5 vendors in the span of 20 minutes and all were busy, uninterested or lacked any intention of looking from their current work to figure out if they could help me EXCEPT Mr. Jones and the AA Fitness LLC team.
Ironically the reseller Fitness Resource had referred me immediately to Mr. Jones and AAA Fitness LLC, because he had worked for them for years before they outsourced their services.
When I called him, not only did he take the call, but he worked me into his pre-holiday chaos schedule. His team was maxed out BUT he stepped in to take calls as well.
What impressed me the most is that I asked a bunch of questions, so I can avoid extra service calls, and he was gracious enough to give this avid treadmill user advice and tips.
Folks I called no less than 5 vendors, all were busy, uninterested or lacked any intention of looking from their current work to figure out if they could help me EXCEPT Mr. Jones and his team.
He was professional appearance, clean-cut, tools in his hands and great working knowledge not only of my equipment but others. If you need a small commercial, residential or even large commercial fitness equipment repair group call Mr. Jones at AAA Fitness LLC.
He takes check, cash and credit card, which is rare in the service world, and a sign of a great professional business owner.
