We had just purchased a new home and saw evidence of mice. I called late on a Tuesday evening and he came out early Thursday. He crawled under my house and sealed the hole under my tub and put out poison. He made pictures before and after. He inspected my home inside and out. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He didn't try to pressure me for any other services. He was very reasonable on price and I would definitely use this company again.
