Crowe's Home Inspection

He missed a major issue that was very dangerous.  In the basement, there was an area that should of had a support beam and it was in code violation.  The unfinished basement, which he walked through and had full access did not have any support post under the living area floors with a span of more than 30 feet across. Since the basement was unfinished you could clearly see that the beam was not big enough to support the upper floor weight and load without any post. The floor had a slight dip and I expected that he should have brought it to our attention so we could have looked into this matter more.  We were moving from Florida, and we had no clue what to expect with a basement and we were counting on him to help protect us.
