Curvature Landscape is a full service landscape company. We have five crews which specialize in landscapes maintenance, hardscape and planting services. We submit monthly notices of up coming services and specials. Invoices are submited at the end of the last months service and payment is due with 10 days. We accept checks or credit card payments. We are fully covered with a million dollar workmens comp, liability and auto policies.

Curvature landscapes has really gone downhill in the past few years. I would not recommend them. Curvature is not a unified company but more of a collection of several independently working crews managed by a central office. The problem is that there is zero communication between the crews and the office. If there is a problem (they skip a lot of things they are supposed to do) there is no back office support to make sure the work gets done properly. The office does not have the ability to communicate with the crews in an effective way. The office does not answer calls, does not return calls and does not respond to emails. They installed several holly bushes, hydrangias and other bushes for us this September at a cost of $900, all of which died within 6 weeks. They do not have a guarantee on the plants they install (like most other companies) and blamed us for not watering the plants (they were watered daily). They are sloppy and in general do a lousy job. But, if you stand over them and tell them what to do, they will do what you request. I have found cigarette butts in our driveway after they service our home in East Cobb. They don't do much more than blow and go. If you want bushes pruned or weeds pulled they charge an extra fee (last time they charged me $275 for pruning bushes that took one man about 15-20 minutes).

"In response to the above mentioned review by [remove member name] Presently, we spend on average over 1.5 hours servicing [remove member name] personal home. These services [remove member name]referred to a $275 charge for pruning bushes; this charge was actually for severe storm damage debris removal, hauling, and disposal fees which are not covered under our maintenance contract. Curvature Landscapes has never been nor ever will be a “blow and go” company. Curvature Landscapes Foreman and Office staff communicates on a daily, sometimes hourly basis with the crews. Not only resolving any issues coming up during that day but also customer request or additional services. In regards to the above mentioned planting (September 2012), it is extremely rare that you will have 100% non-survival rate on plantings. With that being said, because of the 10+ year relationship with [remove member name], Curvature still reimbursed him in full. It is true, we do not guarantee plants nor do most Landscape companies. No company can satisfy everyone but we work hard to ensure our customer satisfaction and still until today we have worked hard to satisfy [remove member name]"

They did a very good job in most aspects of the project. However, some of the hardscaping was not done as I had wanted. That was sort of balance out by some of the other stuff they did like the little wall they built in one night. It is a thing of beauty. I would tell others that they are a good company to use. They do offer a wide variety of services and can do a good job in all of them.

The representative was prompt and on time for our meeting. She was friendly and provided a site analysis and consultation at no cost. She provide design options and suggestions for our yard. The crew was sent to repair our irrigation and access a drainage issues. They were willing to accommodate our schedule and the crew members were all professional. We will be doing more work with Curvature.
