Very professional. Explained everything. Even took pictures from behind the washer to make sure there was mo damage! Fast and efficient. Even called and sent a picture beforehand so i me who was coming !

Not only did he check my washer's water valve issue but inspected the drum and underside, showing and explaining to me other problem areas.
