As for the additional $350.00, you offered to tip the movers , which suggests your move was exceptional as to why you did not contact our office to remit additional payment. For future references please allow our experienced movers to properly pack your items for you or select the additional insurance on items deemed as priceless. Again, we apologize for your experience. "We apologize that we were not able to meet your expectations. We explained the 3 hour minimum and you said it was only going to be 3 hours. At completion you were charged for $165/hr for 7 hours of labor. There was no scam. All paperwork was reviewed with client. Our pros took a 30 minute break that was deducted from the total. It is unfortunate that our move is getting a 1 star rating. Our movers provided excellent service and provided additional support to ensure all of your items made it, nothing broken. It took 7 hours with our pros working as fast & diligently as possible, all while you were expecting it to be done in 3 hours. Again it truly saddens us that the amount of time, effort & price of your move deserved a 1 star. Again, we apologize for your experience. "*Same Client* We apologize for your recent experience! Our sales rep reported that we were contacted by client Saturday Morning for a same day service move, stating they needed to move fast. We informed them prior that, due to high demand and what they also called last minute, we would have to fit them in for Saturday or Sunday. Moving from Alpharetta to Alpharetta with an additional stop they were quoted $620 *Flat Rate*. Due to the small amount of items they were sent a 20 ft ENCLOSED cargo trailer *not an open trailer*. Upon nearly finishing their move, clients stated that they did not have the funds to afford the move. Client offered to settle the bill remaining of $495 with only $200 instead. We had clear evidence that stated they knew their bill was due upon finishing their move. Initially clients wanted to be invoiced later and refute the price due to false claims of damaged property which is not true. Again, we apologize for your experience. It is unfortunate that we were not able to meet your expectations during your move as Star Moving Services and our pros strive to give our clients an exceptional and pleasant moving experience. "We are hurt & sincerely apologize for your negative experience! You were scheduled to move what you claimed to be a 1 BR from Lithonia to Peachtree Corners (45mins - 1 hour away). Upon arrival you had a 3BR and what you even said a lot more than you thought. The moving manager explained to you that a move like yours would be $1200 or more & we worked with you on your move for a more than Fair Market price of $500, $625 if you include the deposit. Again we apologize for any inconvenience. Even with the extra items you also requested a truck with lift gate. How could all of this be $270 to $395 after not being honest about the items needing to be moved! Please be aware that it is important to be upfront about all your items so that you can avoid incurring any additional charges! Again, we apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstanding there may have been regarding your move."

"We apologize for your recent experience. We were booked by vou for a same day move to help accommodate your moving needs. Our pros reported that you stated you were only paying for 1 hour when you were charged a 2 hour minimum and a travel charge of $125 per our conversation and the signed contract. They also stated that the moving manager had to call the police because you threatened to harm one of the movers and call on vour guvs to harm them because of the 2 hour minimum.
