"On 10/03/2019 Mr Raymond Riley of Magnetic property management sent me an email notifying me that they will be terminating our management agreement. As per the email Mr Riley notified me that he will be reaching out to the Housing Authority of Fulton County the following week to have them stop the payments of the SEC-8 Recipients, he will be sending me Owners statement for the last six months, effective November 3, 2019 Magnetic Property Management was to return the security deposits for unit 118 and 120 within 30 days of our termination per our management agreement. email also said tenants will be notified of termination of management by the 10th of October 2019. . As of today, I have received neither the tenants security deposit nor my portion of the rent nor any accounting from management detailing the owners statement from Magnetic property. After speaking with Ms Jones from Housing Authority no one from Magnetic property informed them of Management termination.Management refuse to answer the phone when I call and I’m having no luck contacting them through Email. They are now over a month late in returning funds. I have tenants that are moving out and Magnetic Property management company is nowhere is found."
