 + -1 moreSullivan Contracting was very thorough , worked with me to make sure the basement was dry and protected and treated, then replaced the water heater, sump pump and all large appliances affected. The heating system was tested and treated and the entire system cleaned. the Upstairs bathroom sink and toilet was replaced and plumbing and sewer snaked. He also put in treated sheet rock and painted with paint to protect against mold. He is a hands on the job contractor , so all work was completed in the time frame agreed and done with profection. Please note that I do not live in the state of this rental property and I know that I can rely and trust Milo Sullivan to do a great job with integrity and on time.
Description of Work: The basement flooded due to Hurrican Irene, the entire basement had to be guttered treated for mold and remodeled.
