Had vehicle towed to jeep, having electrical issue.... vehicle ran fine but dashboard lights were going crazy. During the five weeks the dealer had the vehicle, the dealer advised to replace three different modules, at a thousand dollars each. Dealer claims they were replaced, but was unable to produce the ones which were removed for the vehicle. The did not put the motor cover back on, and claim they don't have it. Left the bolts off the PCM module. They spliced jumper wires into various electronic and left wires just hanging over the motor. Cut into wiring harness wires (I HAVE PICTURES). Left the screws off that hold the display in place. Totally unprofessional, ill-mannered, and unhelpful.... Just a recap.... I've had the vehicle gone for five weeks and spent over 3k for amateur work, at best, nothing was fixed and now missing parts.... hard to believe a dealer would behave this way....BEWARE!!!!

It went well. They recommended services that I didn't/don't think is needed. I felt a bit like the mechanic was motivated by some sort of commission. They changed my gas cap but it didn't resolve my issue.
