They would come by and leave me a note without looking inside my house. They sprayed my doorsteps for termites and never notified me that there was damage there. They were rude. They told me I needed whole new inspection because I put a roof over my deck. I was told by another company that they voided my contract because they said I needed to have everything done over again. Because of these issues, I canceled them.

The person that comes out to the house calls ahead. If we ever have a problem with bugs during the monthly cycle they'll come back and deal with it. They do a good job.

I pay them every year. My over all experience is very good. What I like is that the service technicians are very personable and knowledgeable. They offer good recommendations and suggestions for how I can resolve issues. They seem to be effective and the contract is such that, if I ever have any problems they are willing to come in between services.

Ron shows up and does a great job. You call their 800 number and the technicians are dispatched from that. I chose them because my son has been using them for quite some time. I am on a yearly contract which includes indoor rodent control because there was a mouse infestation when we bought the place plus exterior perimeter pest control. Ron, my technician is the reason I stay with them; he is like a guru of rodents and things that crawl in the night. He has been with them for 20-plus years and is very responsive.

Their price is $79 per visit and I will continue to use them again in the future.
