In Sept, 2014 I purchased 4 new tires from this place.  3 Months later, after a severe overnight freeze, all tires triggered TPS alarm.  I took the car back and they checked tires out as all ok.  Again, few months later, the right front dropped overnight to very low pressure.  I took it in;  they found no slow leak, but only after my insistence did they check more.  After waiting 4 HOURS they came back and said the tire was defective and replaced just that one tire.  Now again, in Jan 2016, 3 tires lost significant pressure after an overnight severe freeze. (the fourth tire, the one they replaced, did not lose pressure).  I took it in, and they wanted to have me wait again, to check if there were slow leaks, and they tried to tell me because I hadn't purchased road hazard insurance that there was no warranty.  I didn't have them do any more at this time, as I know it's not a slow leak from my own daily monitoring.  To sum it up, they sold me a suspect set of tires, supposedly with no warranty.  I'm finished with this place.  THEY ARE THE WORST I'VE EVER SEEN!!!

They are fantastic! They do not give up on diagnostics and they work with you.

These folks do good work but every time the work has taken a very long time to complete. The prices are competitive but I've had to insist to get a good set of tires instead of the premium tires they first recommend. Once I was just getting new front tires and stupidly asked them to do some work on my engine. A few additional problems came up while repairing the first engine fix. So instead of driving off on my new reasonably inexpensive tires, I waited in their waiting room a longer than normal amount of time until finally leaving having just put down $800. I Won't repeat that mistake, and in the future will leave mechanic work with my own mechanic, and let the tire people the just stick to tires.

While the rostationd and oil change went quickly, but the extra work offered quickly turned into added hours. The bolts were rusted (WI car) so the service manager ended up taking over. He was forthcoming about how to slowly take care of everything.

They are a large tire chain and they do a good job. I would continue to use them in future.
