It was great having Jim visit our home to tune out piano. His method of tuning starts with an electronic tuner to get a baseline, then the rest of the piano is tuned by ear. This allows the piano to be tuned to the environment. The piano sounds great, and I'm looking forward to next year's service.

He is a very nice man and very prompt. He followed up with me for quite a while. The work he did was always very good. I used him for several years, and I was always happy with his work.
