It went well.  The owner/rep of company was very responsive to my needs and questions even after the initial cosultation.  She was accesible via email, phone, text and in person.  She was very professional and explained procedures/processes well.  For instance, their had to be alternatives, the fabric I choose was out of stock and she was able to give her expert opinion to alternatives that were of equal value.  She even sent illustrations of what we disscussed to help model what the window would look like.  She was very knowledgable in terms of what I wanted and gave great feedback (pro's and con's) to what I was looking for.
