Heal The Land Cleaning Service

I hired Mrs. Cork as a means to support her business and based on reviews on Angie's List. The things she said she would clean, she did not. The things she did clean were not satisfactory. I ended up having to clean myself. I contacted her to try to resolve this by requesting at least a partial refund, and she never replied, leaving me no choice but to come and leave a review. She came with minimal supplies, and used mine. My sinks were not cleaned properly, the cabinets (white) still had grease and grime, the dishwasher was still not right, the shelves had dust, the cabinets were not fully cleaned, nor were the baseboards. I literally just gave away money. If my 22yo son hadn't chipped in, I probably would've let it go, but I feel like he was robbed. My plan was to reuse her and refer her to others, but that won't happen.
